Full-stack Product Engineer (Remote, RO)

About the role

We are looking for smart, product aware, full stack coders that can practically use new technologies to ship new products faster and better to our 5.5 million company members. Someone who is sharp, proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and who loves solving problems and getting things done. As a Full-stack product engineer, you will be implementing new features and MVPs using advanced technologies including AI, ML, and AI-assisted coding.

On a typical day as a Full-stack Product Engineer, you will:

• Rapidly build and iterate on new features and MVPs, focusing on speed, experimentation, and user feedback rather than large-scale system design.
• Implement new features and MVPs.
• Participate in spec reviews for new developments, weighing in on the feasibility, cost, and complexity of the features discussed.
• Participate in discussions regarding code reusability and maintainability or improving architecture and workflows.

Desired profile

• Proven experience working within a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Proven experience building web-based product(s).
• Experience with AI-assisted coding, e.g., GitHub Copilot, Jetbrains AI, Cursor, Windsurf.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines based on feedback and data.
• Experience in the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
• Proficiency in either full-stack development or a strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.
• Excellent general problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of projects, such as: Pet projects, Hackathon participation, Contributions to open-source projects.
• A strong interest in staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• A desire to learn new skills.
• Exposure to growth hacking principles and A/B testing methodologies.
• Understanding of metric-driven decision-making.
• Resourceful and self-motivated.
• Collaborative person with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Passionate about building and improving products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
