About the role

The Provisioning Specialist focuses on first-line support for licensing and provisioning of AWS rather than technical troubleshooting.

On a typical day as an Provisioning Specialist, you will:

• Provide first-line support to company end-users with their licenses (ex. configuration)
• Support end-users with use and licensing of AWS
• Pass end-users to AWS and other solution provider support if unable to resolve at first-line.
• Follow specifications and documentation for the AWS vendor platform to diagnose and resolve common issues at first-line.

Desired profile

• 2+ years of work experience in provisioning at a managed service provider (MSP).
• Experience working in a software reseller or distributor business
• Experience supporting a high volume of clients at first-line support
• Strong experience licensing and provisioning AWS
• Strong experience working in a ticketing system
• Understanding of AWS Organisations
• Experience working in a KPI driven environment
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
