Technical Support Team Lead (MSP) Central Bristol | Office-Based (5 Days Per Week) Up to Β£40,000 + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Team Lead or Senior Support Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Technical Support Team Lead to lead a customer-focused support function within a growing managed services provider. This role combines people leadership, customer engagement and service improvement. You'll work closely with customers, technical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure high levels of service delivery, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
