We are seeking an experienced IAM Service Lead to establish and lead a new Identity Access Management service during a high-profile service transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model (TOM)
  • Lead service transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing activities
  • Provide IAM service leadership and governance
  • Manage KPIs, SLAs and service reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage stakeholders, risks and issues
