REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in managing the operations and administration of international benefits programs, ideally across multiple countries. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to process and analyze benefits-related data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to drive benefits-related initiatives from planning through execution.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of diverse benefits landscapes and regulatory environments across the EMEA region.
- Experience working with benefits platforms such asDarwinandWorkdayis a strong plus.
JOB CONTENT
This is a 12-month Contract to provide maternity coverage.
Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of EMEA benefits
Serve as the first point of contact for EMEA benefits-related queries
Prepare benefits-related input for monthly payroll reconciliation
Build and/or maintain various policy trackers
Support project management of benefits renewals
Provide input for internal benefits platforms across the EMEA region
Collaborate with Accounts Payable to track benefits-related invoices
