Our client, a leading IT Consultancy, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Office & Business Services Officer to support smooth daily operations and help maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming workplace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied position spanning office management, compliance, HR support, and digital/marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Office & Facilities Management: Ensure the office runs efficiently and remains tidy, safe, and well-stocked. Manage suppliers, equipment, and visitor processes. Support company events, meetings, and team activities.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Assist with H&S processes, internal audits, and maintaining compliance records.
- People (HR) Support: Support onboarding, recruitment coordination, employee records, and general HR admin. Contribute to employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Marketing & Digital Support: Create branded content using Canva. Support internal comms, social updates, and basic engagement reporting.
- Administrative Support: Provide general admin across departments, including scheduling, document management, and reporting.
About You
- Experienced in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of H&S and compliance processes.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Professional, approachable, and detail-focused.
- HR or marketing experience is a bonus.
For this role, you may be put through Security Clearance, and to be considered you need full rights to work in the UK, have been based in the country for the last 5 years, and have not left for longer than 28 days.
