Hybrid working (UK-based) – 2-3 days on site in West Midlands
We're looking for a number of experienced Delivery Managers to lead digital delivery across complex public sector programmes, products and live services. You'll be accountable for consistent, high-quality delivery while building and leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
What you'll do:
- Lead delivery across multiple digital projects and live services
- Manage and motivate teams typically ranging from 20–40 people, with senior roles leading up to 150 people across multiple teams
- Own delivery against time, cost and quality
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery constraints
- Embed agile and modern digital delivery practices in line with public sector standards
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders across delivery, policy and operations
What you'll bring:
- Strong leadership experience managing medium to large digital delivery teams
- Proven delivery experience in public sector or regulated environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence managing budgets, capacity planning and delivery forecasting
- A people-first mindset, focused on coaching, capability building and continuous improvement
