Looking to build your career within a fast-growing Managed Service Provider? We're recruiting a Technical Support Associate to support customers across a range of IT services, helping resolve issues, coordinate support activities and deliver an excellent customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in a Service Desk, IT Support, Customer Support or MSP environment who enjoys working with customers and wants to develop their technical and professional skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers
- Supporting service requests, incidents and escalations
- Coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues
- Supporting customer onboarding and service adoption
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and service performance
- Identifying opportunities for service improvement
- Building strong customer relationships
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, MSP or customer-facing technical role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using service desk, CRM or ITSM systems
- Understanding of Microsoft technologies and IT support environments
- ITIL Foundation or willingness to obtain certification

- Eligible for SC Clearance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to work from the Bristol office 5 days per week
