What You'll Do
- Own solution design across end-to-end D365 F&O projects
- Build scalable, secure, high-performing customisations
- Design integration architecture across the Microsoft stack
- Work on large-scale, forward-thinking digital programmes
- Mentor developers and help grow team capability
- Contribute to innovation across AI, cloud, and emerging tech
What You Bring
- Proven D365 F&O / Microsoft ERP implementation experience (3-4 projects)
- Strong X++ and solid .NET knowledge
- Experience with UDE, Git, and D365 frameworks (SysOps, Dimensions, etc.)
- Integration and ISV solution development experience
- Agile delivery experience and strong team leadership skills
