I'm recruiting for a senior Platform Architect to take ownership of the architecture and evolution of a large-scale enterprise Kubernetes platform supporting business-critical services. This isn't a hands-on engineering role. It's an opportunity to define platform strategy, influence technical direction, and ensure the platform remains secure, resilient and scalable as it continues to evolve.
We're looking for someone with experience in:
- Enterprise Kubernetes platform architecture (OpenShift desirable)
- Designing and evolving production platforms
- Platform engineering and microservices
- Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and automation
- Hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure
- High availability, resilience and disaster recovery
- Working within complex enterprise or regulated environments
This role would suit someone who has moved beyond implementation and now enjoys solving platform-wide challenges, setting architectural standards and working closely with engineering teams to shape long-term technical direction.
Please note: Applicants must be Sole UK Nationals and eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance.

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines.
