ServiceNow Platform Lead

£120,000 base + bonus

UK-wide | Remote first + occasional client travel

Must be eligible for UK SC clearance (5+ years residency)

We’re supporting a major consultancy who are growing their ServiceNow advisory capability and they’re looking for a trusted expert who can guide enterprise organisations through complex transformation using the power of ServiceNow.

You’ll work directly with senior leaders, shaping strategy, influencing high-value programmes and ensuring technology decisions deliver real business outcomes. This is a role for someone who loves combining deep technical understanding with board-level conversations.

What you’ll be doing

• Advising C-suite stakeholders on ServiceNow strategy & transformation
• Designing innovative, scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Building trusted long-term client relationships
• Contributing to thought leadership & strategic bids
• Supporting continuous improvement and mentoring others
