We are looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join a high-performing London-based sales team.
As an SDR, you''ll play a crucial role in driving new business growth by identifying and engaging prospective mid-market and enterprise merchants.
Working closely with experienced Account Executives, you''ll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities and building a strong pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a target account list across key verticals.
- Identify and map complex stakeholder groups, including CFOs, Heads of Payments, and E-commerce leaders.
- Execute high-quality outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and Linked In.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and uncover commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to progress and convert opportunities.
- Consistently generate 10–15 qualified meetings per month.
About You
- Previous experience in outbound sales, recruitment, telesales, business development, or another customer-facing role.
- Experience within fintech, payments, financial services, Saa S, or a high-growth technology environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders.
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated by achieving targets.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
- Ambitious and eager to build a long-term career in fintech sales.
