The Role:
- Join a digital transformation consultancy delivering work for a UK Government organisation.
- Build, support, and modernise core Java services.
- Work across integration, platform, and cloud-based systems.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple scrum teams.
- Move between assignments as programme needs evolve, supporting delivery at scale.
Your Experience:
- Security Clearance eligibility (5+ years continuously living in the UK).
- Spring / Spring Boot.
- TDD / BDD.
- Microservices.
- Cloud and containerised environments.
- Comfortable working in complex, regulated environments.
- Experience working in either consulting or large-scale delivery settings.
- Leadership experience including:
- Leading teams and mentoring engineers.
- Influencing design and technical direction.
- Owning delivery outcomes across more than one workstream.
Location:
UK-based. Expect to attend an office once to twice a month on average. Locations include Bristol, London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham.
Interview Process (Teams):

- Stage 2: 2-hour interview (technical exercise and competency).
