We’re partnering with a high-growth fintech on a mission to remove payment fees for businesses by using data and AI to build a more efficient, customer-first payments ecosystem. Backed by leading global investors, the business is already trusted by thousands of merchants and millions of consumers and is scaling rapidly across the UK and international markets.
The Role
We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives to join the London commercial team. You will play a key role in driving new business growth by generating qualified meetings and building pipeline across mid-market and enterprise merchants.
- Own and manage a target account list
- Map complex stakeholder groups (CFOs, Heads of Payments, E-commerce leaders)
- Execute high-quality outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Work closely with Account Executives to develop and convert opportunities
- Generate 10–15 qualified meetings per month
About You
- Experience in outbound sales, recruitment, telesales, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated by targets
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with sales tools (e.g. Salesforce) is beneficial
