Base pay range Recruitment Manager Bristol (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office) Full-Time, Permanent MUST be eligible for SC clearance and have a background in government/defence/consultancy.

About the Role: Are you a hands-on Recruitment Manager ready to make a real impact? We are a 120-person consultancy on an exciting growth journey, aiming to double in size over the next 12-18 months. To achieve this, we’re looking for a proactive and strategic Recruitment Manager who can drive candidate attraction and sourcing while shaping our recruitment processes, building a talent database, and enhancing our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on candidate attraction & sourcing – proactively identifying and engaging top talent.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to support our rapid growth.
  • Building and maintaining a candidate database to support long-term hiring needs.
  • Enhancing employer brand awareness to attract the best talent.
  • Streamlining and improving recruitment processes to ensure a smooth and effective hiring journey.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-scaling business.
  • A hands-on approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
  • Experience in building recruitment strategies and processes from the ground up.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate attraction techniques, including direct sourcing.
  • Ability to create and manage a talent database for long-term hiring success.
  • Passion for employer branding and increasing brand awareness in the market.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
