About the Company:An award-winning HealthTech start-up is revolutionising women's healthcare with their AI powered mobile app. They are trusted by the NHS and serving millions globally, and are now expanding into private healthcare, corporate partnerships, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:- 12-month contract (maternity cover), within a company of 10 who are 5 years into their journey.
- Work with the CEO to own and execute the product vision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, technology, clinical, and commercial teams.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and specification to release and scaling.
- Maintain a clear, prioritised product backlog with well-defined user stories.
- Guide the engineering team, track performance metrics, and optimise development processes.
- Define and monitor key product metrics, leveraging data to drive improvements.
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Oversee QA and software release processes, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform strategy.
- Extensive experience in start-up environments.
- HealthTech experience is desirable.
- A product leader with a track record of taking products from 0-1.
- Ability to conduct user research, build trust, and create an environment where users feel comfortable sharing their experiences.
- Hands-on experience building and analysing dashboards to drive user engagement and retention.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
- Experience leading agile engineering teams.
- QA testing and software releases.
