As Head of Product, you’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from trend forecasting and range planning through to supplier management and product launch. This is a strategic leadership role that sits above buying and merchandising. As the Head of Product, you’ll lead and develop both functions, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, sourcing, and commercial teams. Working closely with the founders, you’ll set the global product strategy, drive speed-to-market, and build the calendar and collections that power the brand’s international growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy across jewellery and accessory ranges, ensuring alignment with brand vision and commercial goals.
- Lead the annual product calendar, managing seasonal drops, trend cycles, and range refreshes to meet market demand.
- Oversee trend forecasting, range planning and product development, identifying the right balance of creativity, innovation, and margin.
- Manage and mentor buyers and merchandisers, providing direction on assortment, pricing, and stock strategy.
- Build and sustain strong supplier relationships, leading negotiations and overseeing the full supplier lifecycle from concept to delivery.
- Partner cross-functionally with design, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure product decisions support growth, profitability, and brand consistency.
- Analyse performance and customer insights to optimise product mix, pricing, and go-to-market timing.
What You’ll Bring:
- Extensive experience in a senior product leadership role within fast-fashion jewellery or accessories.
- Proven ability to manage and develop buying and merchandising teams while overseeing the full product lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of trend forecasting, range planning, and supplier management in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, skilled in balancing creative direction with profitability and operational efficiency.
- Confident communicator and negotiator with hands-on global sourcing experience, ideally across Asia.
- Creative yet structured mindset – able to move seamlessly from strategic vision to executional detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Why Join: You will be joining a bold, design-led brand at a pivotal moment of international scale-up where you will get the opportunity to work directly with founders and influence the creative and commercial direction of the business as well as lead and shape a growing product function with real global impact. Hybrid working environment with frequent opportunities for international collaboration and travel. Competitive salary and benefits, reflecting your experience and contribution.
