£130,000 which breaks down to £65,000 base plus double OTE.

We are currently partnered with a fast-growing IT services consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Business Development Executive to strengthen their commercial function and expand their client base.

Location: London-based (Central). This is a hybrid role with flexibility to travel for client meetings and key industry events.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for new client acquisition and business growth across Cyber Security and DevOps services. This role suits someone highly proactive, commercially sharp, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored, consultative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive net-new logo acquisition, building a sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet ambitious growth targets.
• Engage and influence C-level decision makers and key stakeholders.
• Understand client challenges within Cyber Security and DevOps, positioning the consultancy’s services as value-driven solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, bringing a consultative and solutions-led approach to business development.

What They’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in IT services sales or business development (consulting/professional services preferred).
• A strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Confident in negotiations and presenting to senior executives.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
