We're supporting a major enterprise organisation delivering a large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation and are looking for an experienced
IAM Service Lead to own and mature a complex hybrid IAM service.
This is a leadership role with responsibility for service governance, continual improvement, stakeholder management and operational ownership across a broad IAM estate supporting both on-premise and cloud identity platforms.
- What you'll be doing
- Owning the IAM service end-to-end, ensuring stable, secure and compliant service delivery.
- Leading service design, transition and continual service improvement.
- Defining and evolving the IAM Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Managing governance across multiple IAM domains including Identity Governance, MFA, SSO, PAM and PKI.
- Owning Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) governance and access management processes.
- Acting as the primary contact for IAM audits, compliance activities and service reporting.
- Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and suppliers to drive service excellence.
- We're looking for experience with
- End-to-end ownership of an enterprise IAM service.
- Governance across multiple IAM technologies including
IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM and PKI .
- IAM Service Design, Service Transition and Target Operating Model development.
- JML governance and access lifecycle management.
- Audit, risk and compliance ownership.
- Highly desirable experience
You'll stand out if you have hands-on experience supporting
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- from BAU administration through to engineering and configuration (this is a key technology within the environment)
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Okta
- Beyond Trust PAM
Experience working within hybrid identity environments integrating on-premise and cloud IAM platforms is highly desirable.
