We are seeking an experienced IAM Service Lead to establish and lead a new Identity & Access Management service during a high-profile service transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Create IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Lead service transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing activities
- Provide IAM service leadership and governance
- Manage KPIs, SLAs and service reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage stakeholders, risks and issues
