Looking to build your career within a fast-growing Managed Service Provider? We're recruiting a Technical Support Associate to support customers across a range of IT services, helping resolve issues, coordinate support activities and deliver an excellent customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in a Service Desk, IT Support, Customer Support or MSP environment who enjoys working with customers and wants to develop their technical and professional skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers
  • Supporting service requests, incidents and escalations
  • Coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues
  • Supporting customer onboarding and service adoption
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and service performance
  • Identifying opportunities for service improvement
  • Building strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, MSP or customer-facing technical role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using service desk, CRM or ITSM systems
  • Understanding of Microsoft technologies and IT support environments
  • ITIL Foundation or willingness to obtain certification

Essential Requirements

  • Eligible for SC Clearance
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Able to work from the Bristol office 5 days per week
