What You’ll Be Working On:
- Designing and evolving B2B APIs, payments infrastructure, and personalisation systems
- Collaborating closely with UX and Product on discovery, ideation, and problem-solving
- Contributing to engineering-wide initiatives, architecture decisions, and best practices
- Making autonomous, high-impact decisions that directly affect customers
- Mentoring and sharing knowledge within a growing engineering team
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Background in financial services, payments, or high-volume transaction platforms
- Delivery-focused mindset with agile ways of working
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, AWS
- Exposure to Terraform and Kubernetes is a plus
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, CI/CD, test automation, and security
