What You\’ll Be Working On
Designing and evolving B2B APIs, payments infrastructure, and personalisation systems
Collaborating closely with UX and Product on discovery, ideation, and problem-solving
Contributing to engineering-wide initiatives, architecture decisions, and best practices
Making autonomous, high-impact decisions that directly affect customers
Mentoring and sharing knowledge within a growing engineering team
What We\’re Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience
Background in financial services, payments, or high-volume transaction platforms
Delivery-focused mindset with agile ways of working
Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, AWS
Exposure to Terraform and Kubernetes is a plus
Solid understanding of REST APIs, CI/CD, test automation, and security
