Cisco Lead Engineer £60,000-£70,000 + Benefits
On-Site – Stevenage (5 days per week)
- Expertise in Cisco TOIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, Cisco SBS, VG2xx), Webex, and video conferencing solutions (TMS, Pexip)
- A strong foundation in networking, including QoS, VLANs, DNS, and firewalls, with a focus on VoIP traffic
- Resolve Level 2 and 3 incidents across telephony and video conferencing environments
- Respond to hardware and software application requests
- Participate in and lead Unified Communications and video conferencing projects
- Support operational teams on an ad hoc basis
- Maintain and optimise telephony and video infrastructure (MCO)
- Lead and mentor local team members, encouraging knowledge sharing
