Do you have previous sales ledger and purchase ledger experience and Foundation AAT? A local firm are seeking an Accounts Assistant to work across different companies to support the different areas of the business and different tasks within finance including :
What will the Accounts Assistant be doing?
- Bank reconciliations
- Creating weekly and monthly sales invoices to customers
- Entering payments from customers onto the system
- Entering purchase ledger invoices from suppliers
- Arranging payment of invoices on BACS run
- Processing staff and contractor Expenses
- Credit Control
- Prepare and check payroll requests.
What do you need to apply for the Accounts Assistant role?
- AAT
- Positive attitude, motivated and team player who has good eye for detail
- Experience in finance
- Knowledge of CIS, reverse charge vat
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills are required for this role
- Must drive rural location
