Our client, a leading global technology organisation, is looking to appoint an experienced Partner Desk Agile Programme Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of a strategic outsourced Partner Desk programme across the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded programme manager with strong supplier management, governance and stakeholder engagement experience to play a key role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The Role of the Partner Desk Agile Programme Manager:
- Reporting into the General Manager of Sales EMEA, you will take ownership of the successful onboarding, governance and day-to-day operational management of an outsourced Partner Desk provider.
- Acting as the key interface between the business and the service provider, you will ensure the programme delivers against agreed service levels, commercial objectives and performance expectations.
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development and other internal stakeholders, you will establish governance frameworks, monitor performance, manage supplier relationships and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
