F45 Training Kingston in Kingston upon Thames, ENG, GB.

F45 Trainer We are looking for personal trainers to join our team for shifts on weekday lunchtimes, evenings and weekends.

F45 provides 45-minute group HIIT workouts that mix cardio, strength and agility using functional exercises.

Each class has 2 coaches who are there to run the class, motivate people and provide 1:1 coaching for all abilities and ages.

F45 Kingston was the first F45 in the UK, and has been running for 9 years.

We have a great community of members and run classes 7 days a week.

We are offering up to 8 shifts a week, on a freelance basis. Additional shifts covering for others may also be available.

Candidates MUST

  • Be qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers.
  • Have experience of coaching a group of people with a different range of abilities.
  • Be available for shifts on weekdays (morning, daytime and evenings) and weekends.
  • Have a confident and friendly personality.
  • Be enthusiastic about fitness, and want to make F45 part of their fitness programme.

Our owners are in the studio every day, either working or working out, and all staff make an effort to get to know all of our members and make sure they get the most out of their F45 workouts and the F45 Kingston community.

We have a great community of members and run classes 7 days a week.
