Location: This is an on-site role based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. Applicants must already be living in the UK and within a commutable distance of Southend-on-Sea, Essex, as the role may require early start times (as early as 5:30am). Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications from candidates based outside the UK.

We’re looking for knowledgeable, dynamic, inclusive and motivating trainers to join our Southend-on-Sea studio. The role:
- Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes
- Set up the studio after training sessions (increased class rate for set up)Motivate studio members before, during and after training
- Assist with membership retention
- Help foster a positive community-based team-training environment
- Help the management team to ensure the business operates at the highest level
- Support with our F45 challenge programmes
- Develop engaging, creative, and visually appealing social media content to promote the studio and its services
- Focus on contributing to the studio\’s visibility, enhancing its reputation, and attracting new members to join the community
About you:
- Genuine love of fitness and coaching others to achieve their goals
- Knowledge and experience of personal training and also group training
- Energy and confidence to share ideas to maintain studio growth and success
- Knowledge of F45 an advantage but not essential
- Must also have a good level of fitness and knowledge of how to demonstrate correct form
- Level 3 personal training certification and valid First Aid at work certification
- Confidence to deliver an energetic and atmospheric class for our members
