Join the Meeting and Events Operations Team at The Londoner, a 5‑star boutique hotel located in the heart of Leicester Square. We are looking for an M&E Bartender to help achieve revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals while exceeding guest expectations.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the bar management team to assist with revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and operation.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience through feedback and service level evaluation.
- Help implement and develop strategies to improve service where necessary, under the guidance of the bar management team.
About You
- Current cocktail bar experience within a luxury bar or restaurant, ideally with a strong knowledge of cocktails and fine wines.
- Ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure they are completed to achieve the required results.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets.
- Passionate and driven to meet and exceed expectations while delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
