We are currently recruiting for a Bartender for our destination restaurant Whitcomb’s at The Londoner. An amazing opportunity to join our stand out destination restaurant Whitcomb’s at The Londoner, located within our 5 Star luxury hotel. As a Bartender you will work alongside the bar management team to assist with achieving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and operation. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. The role of Bartender also involves implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary under the guidance of the bar management team.

About You

  • Current bar experience within a quality driven pub or bar operation.
  • Ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve the required results.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets.
  • Demonstrates passion and drive to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
