Welcome to The Londoner, a hotel that is chic boutique in spirit and feeling yet staggering in scale and ambition. Situated in the heart of Leicester Square, we are seeking hospitality professionals whose unique talents and ambitions will drive them to meet our guests' exacting standards.

We are currently recruiting for a Bartender at The Londoner, the role is for The Residence – a collection of three beautifully designed spaces just for hotel residents. The Y Bar, The Drawing Room, and The Whisky Room have been curated to meet our guests’ every work and leisure needs.

Overview

An amazing opportunity to join The Londoner at The Residence as a Bartender. You will have full knowledge of the drinks menu and be able to serve a wide range of cocktails. You will present all cocktails to a high specification as per the standard set out by the company. You will be competent in charging guest rooms or taking payment as per company standards. You will ensure that guest expectations are exceeded at all times and will always seek opportunities to improve every guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels alongside the bar management team.

About You

Current in-depth beverage knowledge, including cocktails, fine wines and premium spirits and whiskeys. You will have the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure their completion to achieve the required results. You will demonstrate passion for serving our guests whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision in a warm and hospitable manner.
