We are currently recruiting for a Commis Waiter/Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and its iconic May Fair Bar.

Responsibilities

An amazing opportunity to join our popular 5 Star The May Fair Hotel as a Commis Waiter/Waitress, this role is for our exclusive May Fair Bar. As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be working in a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the Kitchen restaurants and our brand standards. Be competent with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco and Micros and achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.

About You

Previous front of house waiting experience in a high-end food led operation is preferred; however, training can be provided. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken. Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with the latest food trends.
