We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/Waitress for our stand out destination The Stage at The Londoner. This is a champagne bar that serves a Champagne breakfast, Champagne afternoon tea, as well as a Grand Finale of cheese, charcuterie and more.
An amazing opportunity to join the team in The Stage at The Londoner as a Waiter/ess. You will fully understand the menu and be able to explain the dining concept to all guests, carefully checking for any allergens. You will read the needs of tables and serve them as to their preferences. You will work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and an exceptional level of service is provided to guests. You will ensure that satisfaction levels are checked at all tables you are serving and will handle any feedback or complaints accordingly. You will take payment in accordance with company procedures. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.
About You
- Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is essential.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
- A passion for food and beverage, serving guests and providing outstanding hospitality.
