How to prepare for a job interview at F2 Recruitment Ltd
✨Know Your Stuff
Before heading into the interview, make sure you’re familiar with the specifics of being a Class 1 Driver. Brush up on your knowledge about curtain-sided trailers, palletised goods, and the routes you might be taking. This shows that you’re not just a driver, but someone who understands the job inside out.
✨Show Your Experience
With a minimum of one year’s Class 1 experience required, be ready to discuss your past driving roles. Highlight any relevant experiences, especially if you've worked with double-decker vehicles or have experience in strapping loads. This will help you stand out as a candidate who can hit the ground running.

Expect questions that test your practical knowledge and problem-solving skills. For instance, they might ask how you would handle a situation where you need to unload goods without an FLT. Think through scenarios beforehand so you can respond confidently and demonstrate your expertise.
