Temp to Perm Opportunity
F2 Recruitment are recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for a well-established distribution operation based in Rochdale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone fairly new to the industry looking for an early opportunity to learn and grow as a professional Class 2 Driver.
This role follows a clear staged temp to perm structure:
- Drivers will begin with a short assessment period of approximately two weeks. During this stage, drivers are paid at F2 Recruitment ad hoc rates.
- Once both the driver and the client agree to proceed, the role will move into the start of a 12 week temp to perm period. At this point, the hourly rate will change to reflect the permanent salary on offer, while the driver remains employed and paid by F2 Recruitment.
Pay Structure:
- Assessment period: £14.00 per hour
- £21.00 per hour after 8 hours
- 12 week temp to perm period: Hourly rate adjusted to reflect the permanent salary of £36,000 per annum based on an average 52.5 hour week
- After successful completion of the 12 weeks, drivers will transfer onto the client's permanent salaried contract.
Permanent Package:
- £36,000 per annum
- Paid monthly on the 25th
- Bonus scheme up to £3,000 per annum paid on top of salary
