F2 Recruitment, acting as an Employment Business, are recruiting Class 2 Drivers for our client in Atherton, covering day shifts. This work is provided on an agency basis, and while assignment length cannot be guaranteed, the client has specifically requested regular drivers, with the potential to go permanent.
Our client is a well-established family-run haulage company, now part of a larger group, and operates a busy, growing depot based in Atherton.
Class 2 Days
Start Time: 07:30am
Using a curtain-sided vehicle, you will deliver palletised goods across the North-West. Most loads are unloaded by FLT, with occasional tail-lift deliveries. This role offers longer shifts, so it is not suitable for drivers seeking an 8-hour day.
Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- No weekend work
- Weekday overtime available
Pay Rates (PAYE only)
We do not use umbrella companies. Holiday pay is accrued separately.
- Days: £15.00 per hour / £22.50 per hour after 8 hours
Criteria
- Minimum 6 months Class 2 experience (insurance requirement)
- Valid CPC and Tacho Card
- Ability to commit to regular work
- No more than 6 minor points on licence
- Confident with strapping
