F2 Recruitment, acting as an employment business, is currently seeking qualified Class 1 Drivers for a well-established haulage company in Atherton. Specialising in the provision of temporary recruitment services, we focus on long-term and regular placements.
About the Role
Our client is a leading haulage and palletised delivery company, who are well established and have a great reputation in the area. The job is varied, from palletised deliveries to trailer collections. Start times are from 6am through to afternoon shifts and the occasional night shift is available. We are seeking candidates who are able to demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
Pay Rates (PAYE)
- Minimum 8 Hours Paid, Overtime when you do over 8 hours.
- Class 1 Days - £15.50 per hour
- Class 1 Nights - £17.50 per hour
- Overtime is paid at x1.5 after 8 hours.
- Weekly pay, in arrears, every Friday
- A 45-minute break will be deducted; however, a minimum of 8 hours is always paid.
Requirements
- For insurance purposes, you must be 21 years old, no more than 6 minor points and have held your Class 1 licence for a minimum of 2 years.
- Flexible with your working shifts each week (this is agency work).
- Fit and able to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- A valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card are essential.
- A commitment to completing the job with a strong work ethic.
- No more than 6 minor endorsements on your driving license.
- A positive, professional attitude is crucial.
