We're currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver to work on behalf of one of our established clients based in Middleton. This is local multi-drop delivery work, transporting plastic signage, display materials and similar products. Due to the nature of the loads, many items are large, lightweight and irregularly sized, so drivers must take great care with load security and handle deliveries professionally. Handball is required as part of the role.
This is agency work with the opportunity for regular ongoing assignments, and we also have a variety of other Class 2 driving opportunities available for the right candidates.
The Role- Local multi-drop deliveries
- Delivering plastic signage and related products
- Careful loading, securing and unloading of irregular-sized items
- Handball involved
- 07:00 starts with typical finish times around 4:00pm
- Regular agency work available
- Minimum 12 months' Class 2 (Category C) driving experience
- Previous multi-drop experience
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Aged 25 or over (insurance requirement)
- No more than 6 minor penalty points (insurance requirement)
- Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach
- £16.00 per hour + Holiday Pay accrued Separately
- Weekly PAYE pay
- Regular ongoing work available
- Access to a variety of other Class 2 driving assignments
