Our team of hundreds of skilled experts keep Formula 1 moving. We’re on the lookout for Social Content Manager, Commercial, who has an excellent understanding of Formula 1. Reporting day to day to the Senior Social Media Manager, the main purpose of the role is to take a leading role in the management and delivery of commercially focused digital content! Main Duties & Responsibilities: * Manage the development and delivery of digital content activations across F1\'s owned and operated channels, including social, web and app with a focus on creating appropriate content concepts to support F1\'s commercial partner ambitions and obligations in an efficient manner. * Collaborate directly with internal departments and F1\'s commercial partners to deliver fan orientated creative content from ideation through to post activation reporting. * Ensure that content maximises value for our partners and can accordingly be tracked and reported. * Coordinate with internal departments and third-party agency resources to ensure delivery of content productions on time and budget. * Using industry standard practices, tools and software, develop frameworks for the ongoing valuation of commercial content activities across F1\'s owned and operated channels. * Identify and develop new and potential existing commercial opportunities within F1\'s digital content output. * Maintain an active understanding of F1\'s overall digital content and social media strategies, contributing where relevant. * Engage with content teams across the business to ensure suitability and alignment of commercial content with overall strategies. * Working with agency support, oversee regular analysis and reporting of commercial partner activity, leading on content optimisation and implementing change where relevant. * Maintain project plans and documentation to ensure timely delivery of all digital commercial content activity Specification Essentials: * 5 years’ experience managing delivery of commercial digital content programs * Degree in communications or marketing fields * Experience with social media reporting and analytics tools
