Formula 1 covers a huge range of disciplines across a wide array of industry sectors, drawing the very best from our teams of technicians, engineers and media rights specialists and encouraging the creativity of experts in the fields of digital and traditional media, marketing and communications. From timekeeping, to software development, broadcast engineering and content creation, we are truly the 11th Formula 1 team. We are recruiting for a Senior QA Engineer who would be based at our Media and Technology Centre in Biggin Hill and reporting to our Head of PMO. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Continuous improvement, via the primary workstreams as identified as part of QMO’s strategic roadmap & Quality Objectives
  • Management of the QMS, including audit and training as required.
  • Supporting Engineering & Technology (E&T) colleagues with Product Development and Product Life Cycle activity.
  • Supporting E&T colleagues with derivation of standard operating protocols to ensure operational and product robustness
  • Supporting E&T colleagues with deployment of containments and resolutions to issues identified from our F1 events.
  • Managing the inputs and outputs from an F1 event related to Product and Issues control.
  • Managing our KPI’s for E&T, supported by detailed objective analysis to drive proactive action
  • Supplier quality assurance
  • Proficient in MS Office suite including Visio, Power Bi, Jira, Confluence
