A leading automotive recovery business in Morley is looking for experienced 7.5T, HGV2 and HGV1 Recovery Drivers to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role for drivers who enjoy problem-solving, working independently and helping customers when they need it most.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to roadside breakdowns for cars and light vans
  • Carrying out basic roadside assistance including jump starts and wheel changes
  • Recovering and transporting vehicles safely
  • Delivering excellent customer service in high-pressure situations
  • Working independently across varying shifts and weather conditions

What We’re Looking For

  • Full 7.5T, HGV2 or HGV1 licence
  • No more than 6 points for minor endorsements
  • No DD, DR or CD convictions
  • Digi Tacho and full DCPC required
  • Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
  • Calm, professional and customer-focused approach
  • Reliable, self-motivated and able to work alone

Shift Pattern

  • 12-hour shifts
  • 4 on / 4 off patterns and other shift patterns available
  • Days, lates and nights on a rotating basis
  • Weekend and Bank Holiday work required
  • On-call shifts included

Additional Information

Successful applicants will complete pre-employment vetting, including references covering the last 5 years. A DBS or NPPV Level 2 Police Check may also be required.
