Working for this prestigious company, you will be required to: \n \n Attend roadside breakdowns of light vehicles (cars/vans). \n Load and transport to garages or home addresses. \n \n __________________________________________________________________________________________ \n What You Need: \n Licence: \n \n HGV Class 2 (LGVC) or higher (max 6 points for minor offences, no DD/DR/CD). \n \n Commercial Driving Experience: \n \n Freshly passed HGV drivers will be considered however previous experience in a commercial driving is essential (7.5T or Bus/Coach). \n _________________________________________________________________________________________ \n Training: \n 3-week Induction Training Programme: \n \n Week 1: Training in Birmingham (accommodation, travel and food expenses paid). \n Week 2: Training in the Walsall (accommodation, travel and food expenses paid). \n Week 3: On-the-job training and mentoring from depot. \n \n __________________________________________________________________________________________ \n Shift Pattern: \n \n 4 on / 4 off roster on Days Shifts \n Average 40 hours per week across the year \n Hours 08:00 to 19:00 (11 paid including breaks) \n Overtime available at the End-of-Shift and additional days \n \n __________________________________________________________________________________________ \n Pay and Benefits: \n The company pays a lower overtime rate for the first 12-weeks: \n First 12 Weeks: \n \n Basic: £14.88 per hour \n Overtime: £16.27 per hour \n End of Shift Incentive: £44.66 per job (average between 4-8 per month) \n OTE: £35,100 - £37,200 per year \n \n After 12 weeks worked: \n \n Basic: £14.88 per hour \n Overtime: £28.00 per hour \n End of Shift Incentive: £44.66 per job (average between 4-8 per month) \n OTE: £37,100 - £39,200 per year \n \n Note: Some Recovery Patrols can earn up to £45,000+ depending on hours worked plus additional incentives. \n Permanent Employee Package, if transferred at the end of the contract: \n \n Additional bonuses and incentives. \n Company pension. \n Staff discounts and benefits programme \n \n _________________________________________________________________________________________ \n Vetting: \n They will require full vetting including: \n DBS check. \
