Attend roadside breakdowns of light vehicles (cars/vans). Load and transport to garages or home addresses. HGV Class 2 (LGVC) or higher (max 6 points for minor offences, no DD/DR/CD). Commercial Driving Experience: ~ Freshly passed HGV drivers will be considered however previous experience in a commercial driving is essential (7.5T or Bus/Coach). Training: 3-week Induction Training Programme: Week 1: Training in Birmingham (accommodation, travel and food expenses paid). Week 2: Training in the Walsall (accommodation, travel and food expenses paid). Week 3: On-the-job training and mentoring from depot. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Shift Pattern: ~4 on / 4 off roster on Days Shifts ~ Average 40 hours per week across the year ~ Hours 08:00 to 19:00 (11 paid including breaks) ~ Overtime available at the End-of-Shift and additional days __________________________________________________________________________________________ The company pays a lower overtime rate for the first 12-weeks: Basic: £14.88 per hour Overtime: £16.27 per hour End of Shift Incentive: £44.66 per job (average between 4-8 per month) Basic: £14.88 per hour Overtime: £28.00 per hour End of Shift Incentive: £44.66 per job (average between 4-8 per month) Note: Some Recovery Patrols can earn up to £45,000+ depending on hours worked plus additional incentives.
