Experienced Heavy Recovery Driver LGV C+E (Class 1) Required Locations: Barking, Essex or Codham (Warley), Essex Salary: OTE approximately £80,000 per annum We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading and well-established vehicle recovery and roadside assistance company. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit experienced Heavy Recovery Drivers to join their professional team based at either Barking or Codham (Warley). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled heavy recovery operator looking to join a respected business with modern equipment, regular work and outstanding earning potential. What You'll Be Doing Responding to heavy vehicle breakdowns and recovery incidents. Recovering HGVs, buses, coaches and commercial vehicles safely and efficiently. Operating specialist heavy recovery equipment. Delivering a professional and reassuring service to customers at the roadside. Completing vehicle checks and maintaining high safety standards. What We're Looking For Full UK LGV C+E (Class 1) licence. Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. Previous heavy recovery driving experience is essential. Excellent driving skills and strong safety awareness. Ability to work calmly under pressure and solve problems effectively. Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills. Shift Patterns Choose from established rotating shift patterns including: 5 on, 2 off 4 on, 4 off Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly rate of approximately £21.00 per hour , depending on experience and skillset. Performance-based bonus, with a percentage of recovery jobs paid once agreed targets are achieved. Typical earnings of around £80,000 per annum , including overtime and bonus opportunities. Regular, ongoing work with a respected and expanding business. Modern fleet and specialist recovery equipment. Long-term career with excellent earning potential.
