We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our London St Paul’s location.
Key Responsibilities of the Waiter/Waitress:- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked service area
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions
- Understand dietary requirements and allergens and communicate clearly with the kitchen team
- Previous experience within a hospitality or entertainment setting
