We’re looking for a Simulator Technician to join our team at our St Paul's Arcade.
Key Responsibilities of the Simulator Technician:
- Carry out basic technical checks and regular system checks. Ensure equipment is functioning safely, reliably and performing as expected for venue operations. Escalate any findings and follow up on issues as directed.
- Lead the game management and technical functionality during venue operations. Support the setup and readiness of the venue ensuring coordination with the venue host or team leader.
- Accurately log incidents, maintenance activity, and any repairs or replacements required, perform inventory checks to ensure a consistent stock of technical supplies.
- Address questions and concerns promptly, ensuring every guest feels heard and valued.
- Assist with guests flow when required maintaining a seamless guest experience and engaging atmosphere.
- Work with AV systems, simulators, or interactive technology, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently during live operations whilst maintaining guest confidence.
If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:
- Previous experience within a hospitality or entertainment setting.
