A F1 Arcade Reception Supervisor leads the frontâofâhouse team, creating a vibrant guest experience by managing checkâins, bookings, and seamless flow, resolving issues, upholding high service standards, training staff on brand values (hospitality, speed, professionalism), coordinating with other departments (kitchen, bar), and handling shift operations, including cash/sales, ensuring a thrilling, wellârun F1âthemed visit from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience & Service: Deliver a warm, energetic welcome and create a positive first impression. Manage guest flow, bookings (walkâins/reservations), and simulator protocols efficiently. Handle all guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating when needed. Ensure the team maintains F1 Arcade's high service standards.
- Team Leadership & Training: Lead, support, and motivate the reception, host, and floor teams. Conduct shift briefings, share feedback, and provide ongoing training. Set the tone for professionalism, energy, and brand values.
