Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the bar by preparing your station, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Work closely with fellow bartenders and bar support staff, communicating effectively to deliver a seamless guest experience and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Deliver drinks according to specifications with consistency and quality, supporting the rollout of seasonal menus and promotions as directed by the Bar Manager.
- Ensure guests receive excellent beverage service with consistency, speed, and hospitality, creating an inviting and memorable bar atmosphere.
- Monitor stock levels at your station and flag low or missing items.
- Handle ingredients and equipment responsibly to help minimise waste.
