The Marketing Executive will support the wider global marketing team across campaign delivery, brand activations, social content, partnerships, venue marketing and day-to-day marketing operations. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing within a fast-paced entertainment, hospitality or consumer brand environment. You will work closely with teams across Brand, PR, Social, Creative, Digital and Operations to help bring campaigns and guest experiences to life across both UK and US venues.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign & Brand Support
- Support the execution of global marketing campaigns across UK and US venues
- Assist with campaign planning, timelines and coordination across departments
- Help ensure marketing activity is delivered on time and aligned to brand guidelines
- Support seasonal campaigns, F1 race activations and venue launches
- Social & Content
- Assist with social media planning and content coordination
- Support the creation and organisation of marketing assets and creative briefs
- Help identify local content opportunities and trends
- Coordinate photography, video shoots and influencer activity where required
- Local Marketing
- Support local venue marketing activity and community partnerships
- Help develop local marketing toolkits and activation plans
- Work with venue teams to ensure campaigns are effectively executed in-market
- Assist with event planning and promotional activity
- Partnerships & PR
- Support the coordination of partnership activity and guest experiences
- Help manage promotional materials and campaign logistics
- Assist with PR activations, launches and media events
- Reporting & Administration
- Support campaign reporting and marketing performance tracking
- Assist with budget tracking, invoices and marketing administration
- Maintain marketing calendars, trackers and project plans
