The
Digital Marketing Executive will support the Digital Marketing team in delivering high-performing digital campaigns that drive awareness, bookings and guest engagement across multiple channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing within a fast-paced entertainment, hospitality or consumer brand.
You'll gain hands‑on experience across paid media, CRM, website management, reporting and digital campaign execution while working closely with Brand, Social, Creative and Operations teams.
This is a 12 month contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Management
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid media, CRM, website and organic channels.
- Assist with campaign set-up, scheduling and quality assurance across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate campaign assets and ensure activity is delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support digital marketing activity around Formula 1 race weekends, seasonal campaigns, venue launches and promotional events.
- Website & Digital Experience
- Assist with website content updates, landing pages and promotional messaging.
- Ensure digital content is accurate, up to date and optimised for the best customer experience.
- Support website testing and identify opportunities to improve conversion and user journeys.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to maintain website performance.
- CRM & Email Marketing
- Support the delivery of email marketing campaigns using our CRM platform.
- Assist with audience segmentation, campaign scheduling and email testing.
- Help maintain CRM data quality and contribute ideas to improve guest engagement and retention.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation.
- Performance Marketing & Reporting
- Support paid media campaigns across channels including Meta, Google and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with optimisation recommendations.
- Produce regular reports on website traffic, campaign performance and digital KPIs using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
- Social & Digital Content
- Collaborate with the Social and Creative teams to ensure digital campaigns are supported with engaging content.
- Coordinate digital assets for paid campaigns, website and email communications.
- Support influencer and content creator activity where required.
- Identify digital content opportunities based on trends, guest insights and campaign objectives.
- Administration & Team Support
- Maintain campaign calendars, project trackers and marketing documentation.
- Support invoice processing, budget tracking and agency administration.
- Assist with digital marketing projects and provide general support across the wider marketing team.
- Passion for digital marketing, entertainment, hospitality or sport.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email and websites.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in marketing performance and data.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Marketing, Business or related degree.
- Previous experience through an internship, placement year or marketing role.
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite or Google Ads.
- Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms.
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Interest in Formula 1, entertainment or hospitality brands.
